Easy entry with a code lock and ground floor location make access particularly convenient, especially for those with children or larger luggage.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, allowing you to feel at home during longer stays. A private balcony is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. If needed, you can use the washing machine and dryer located in the basement of the building.

The location couldn’t be better – the beach and the vibrant city center are just a short walk away. Tennis enthusiasts will be pleased to know that a tennis court is right across the street. Blackout curtains ensure you can enjoy uninterrupted sleep at any time.
